Absolutely! Our equipment is professionally installed and regularly inspected. All participants are fitted with a secure harness by trained staff. We maintain strict weight limits and safety protocols to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable experience.
No experience necessary! We recommend starting with our Intro Class where our certified instructors will teach you the basics. The bungee does most of the work, you just need to show up ready to have fun!
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing, think leggings and a fitted top. Avoid loose, baggy clothes as they can interfere with the harness. Athletic shoes with good ankle support are required. We'll provide everything else!
For safety reasons, participants must be between 80-250 lbs and at least 7 years old. Kids & Teen classes are available for ages 7-17 with guardian consent. Please contact us if you have any questions about restrictions.
We understand plans change! You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your class without penalty. Late cancellations may be charged as a no-show. Memberships can be paused or cancelled with 30 days notice.
